As previously reported, we spent Thanksgiving in Laguna Beach. Everyone I know told me to be sure and check out the galleries... "the most fantastic galleries" and "full of gorgeous art" they exclaimed. For whatever reason, I just wasn't in the mood for shopping while in Laguna. (Yes that's right, on occasion, I am not in the mood to shop.) Just weeks after returning from the trip, I stumbled across an artist from no other than Laguna Beach via the internet. And I love her.

Rachel Uchizono is an amazing painter who offers spectacular landscapes and seascapes of Laguna Beach beauty as well as fabulous still lifes..
