Wedding Ceremony

Regarding the weather, I can enthusiastically say, without hesitation, we lucked out. Like, big time. There were fires in Canada the month prior that produced so much smoke, we could see and smell it in Omaha! The day after the wedding, at the same time as the ceremony, it hailed. Hailed!

For a Plan B, we reserved a tent for over the ceremony space, just in case, but at some point, the planners decided it wasn’t necessary, and it wasn’t! It could have been smoky, it could have been very hot, or cold, it could have rained, it could have been humid, guests could have been sitting with the sun beating down on them, but for the ceremony, it was 75 degrees, it was partly cloudy providing a nice amount of shade, and the mountains were visible. It was pretty perfect.

Guests were served champagne and water as they arrived.

Love this photo!

Love the veil drama!

Our photographer did a great job capturing the relaxed vibe of the bride and groom.

They looked like themselves!
