I have never seen so much snow in my entire life!

Whitefish, Montana was a winter wonderland for the holiday weekend. Although the weather conditions were not perfect for moving, we did just fine. It was beautiful scenery!

Unfortunately, with the glare from the snow, and the overcast days, it was either too bright or dark, and these photos are not very good. Anyway, you can get an idea...

It amazes me how Hillary's things have continued to work from apartment to apartment, and now to house. You will recognize the same Rothko posters, the same framed scarf, and all the same furniture!

The shelves aren't finished here, but we kept them very simple.

The bedroom is tiny, and basically just has the bed in it. We were still unpacking, so there was a mess in this room, but I cleared the bed for a photo... It has a nice sized closet with a washer and dryer(!) and a bathroom on the wall to the right...

The paint color on the walls was a fun surprise. It's an exact match to a color featured in her bedding and in the framed scarf...

I'm so sad my pics of the kitchen didn't turn out. It's huge and yellow and adorable. These were taken before we hung the cute plates...

The long weekend was a little crazy with the holiday, and our whole family on vacation. The boys went skiing, we met up with great friends, had delicious meals, and went back and forth from the hotel to the house. It was hard to concentrate on unpacking and decorating. And all the while, there was snow!
