Just outside the kitchen is a charming patio where you can see the sun room. (Sun room is accessed through the dining room which is adjacent to the kitchen... coming up)

You guys, this is the sun room. (Lovingly referred to as the Burger King room ~ LOL!)

You can see the kitchen patio straight ahead...

I would have a hard time leaving this room if I lived in this house. I could read in this space for hours. I would take naps, and can you imagine when it rains? I'd love it!
