tft tablescape: november

Of course, this November tablescape is all about the turkey table!

Our Thanksgiving trip to Mexico was cancelled this year due to the recent hurricane in Cabo. La Palmilla is closed until March! Interestingly enough, once we got over the disappointment, we were overcome with excitement about being home for this special holiday!

We were lucky enough to have some of our out-of-town family join us, making a full table...

I found this fabric on eBay and Kyle Robino of Old Market Habitat made this gorgeous table runner for me...

Kyle is also responsible for these insane flowers. INSANE!

The candlesticks, tortoise glasses, napkins rings, and the small bowls with orange roses are all from Material Possessions in Chicago... (here)

The Quimper centerpiece is from Soloman Suchard Antiques - purchased at the Laurtizen Gardens Antique & Garden Show.

The monogrammed napkins are from Number Four Eleven in Savannah, GA (here)

The chargers are Two's Company... (here)

The flatware is from Horchow... I love it!  (here)

The flowers were really spectacular playing up the coral and fuchsia in the monogram... Kind of a fun and unexpected colorful surprise for a Thanksgiving table.

You can see the subtle color differentiation in the monogram better in this photo...

The aptware plates are fabulous and my very favorite thing. (From France)

And how about those slip covers on the chairs? Love that Les Touches fabric by Brunschwig & Fils! (here) And the Pierre Frey (discontinued) fabric to highlight the host and hostess chairs.

What a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend!

So much to be grateful for!

Tomorrow is December 1st. I cannot believe it, but it's true.
