bring spring

Even though the sun was shining this weekend, and it has been a bit warmer, the gray outside is almost unbearable.

Luckily, I received my linen order from the Walker Valentine Trunk Show. You can read about the Trunk Show here if you missed the post.

Love the floral design… choosing the colors was a bit of a chore, but I love how it turned out!

My friend also ordered this monogram and chose a green palette.

The monogram is called "Danielle floral" referencing Danielle Rollins.

It's featured on the cover of her book...

In addition to the flowery monogram uplift, I continue to rely on grocery store flowers and plants to brighten my day in a jiffy…

Hot pink is not usually my first choice, but I couldn't resist...

Yellow definitely makes it a little more sunny inside…

I bought a beautiful basil topiary tree in a small pot, and the topiary broke off on my way home! I put the top in a vase, and the smell in my kitchen is divine.

I thought these shamrock plants with little white blossoms were perfect for March…

I can't believe it's March!

Completely unrelated but worthy of your time, check out this article written by Jennifer Lawrence's best friend. Her hilarious version of Oscar night (she was Jennifer's date) is totally interesting and clever and entertaining...
