pearls before noon

When my friend Ann moved to Beaufort, South Carolina, I came along for the ride. The trip produced several posts, here, herehere and here. Naturally, we were busy with unpacking and getting settled, but I'm telling you, the woman does not run out of energy. We spent several days unpacking and organizing, and when I was exhausted and couldn't move a muscle, Ann still had the enthusiasm and the interest to go shopping!

This passion for shopping manifests itself in her adorable shop in Habersham. Pearls Before Noon is located in a charming marketplace, sort of Disney style, where locals toodle around on their golf carts to visit shops, go to the dentist, or have a bite to eat. Ann's shop, Pearls Before Noon is a highlight for all and most recently for a group of friends who were in town for a visit.

I adored those deer candlesticks, but my friend beat me to them...

A fabulous paint color...

Pearls!

A set of 4 majolica plates ~ beautiful!

Love the scalloped plate with orange...

I shipped home a few things and will share when they arrive.

If you live nearby, my goodness, take an afternoon drive over to Ann's place. Habersham is located on the coast just 8 minutes from historic downtown Beaufort, South Carolina; within 30 minutes of Hilton Head Island and just over an hour from the historic port cities of Charleston and Savannah, Georgia. Her prices are reasonable and her merchandise charming. Check her hours before planning a trip ~ when she's not working, she's shopping for merchandise!
