niermann weeks

Have you noticed a surplus recently in posts regarding chandeliers from The French Tangerine? I'm in chandelier mode. While anticipating the arrival and installation of my new living room chandelier, I realized that every single chandelier in my house, with the exception of the newest addition, is from Niermann Weeks, an obvious favorite dealer of mine.

Check it out...

In addition to chandeliers, I also love this mirror in my Dining room... also from Niermann Weeks.

Here is the image, a beautiful room designed by Mary Douglas Drysdale, that inspired me to pick my dining room chandelier.

Even though I didn't end up getting the Niermann Weeks bed, it was certainly the inspiration for my bed! (I chose the Pierre Deux bed instead.)

Niermann Weeks has so many more lovely things to offer... The website features tons of images from past publications. This screen is fantastic.

The Avignon Chandelier has always been a favorite. My mom had this one in her old house. It was an especially good choice for her because it is a "quick ship" item. My mom doesn't like to wait. I don't either, but she takes it to the next level. She doesn't wait. It never ceases to amaze me how she will get something delivered the day she finds it, where anyone else would wait for weeks! Must be her irresistible charm and humor...

Chandelier mode indeed... I have one more thing I need to address regarding chandeliers and will be ready to post that soon...

Stay tuned...
