charming dundee

On my way to photograph an inspired home yesterday, I drove through my old neighborhood and reminisced about the ten wonderful years we lived in Dundee. Each of my three babies learned to ride their bikes on these sidewalks and many walks were taken through the neighborhood and park during those years. What a charming setting...  The homes I so admired back then are just as inspiring today. 

I didn't take a picture of my house because it doesn't look like my house anymore...

Here's what it looked like when I lived there... This was over 15 years ago. (Hillary is 21 now) Notice we hadn't painted out the wood over the front door...

And a few years later... with the wood painted out... so much prettier! I loved this house... so many good memories. (However I do not miss the 1 full bathroom situation)

And this is the inspired home coming tomorrow...
