Books are a great and often inexpensive decorating tool....  and a fun obsession of mine.

Sometimes I coordinate colors to soften...

or brighten a space.

Books make a room look lived in... more homey.

I pick up books regularly... at museums, bookstores, specialty shops, and when I'm traveling.... Sometimes I splurge on a special book, but quite often I find bargain books that make a big impact... 

 I look for beautiful colors, I take note of the size and shape, and sometimes, I look for content.
